ABOUT US

'Speak Out Teens' is a student lead action that aims to spread awareness and start a conversation about mental health. We believe that sharing and interacting are keys to positive mental health. We have created this platform for people to come forth and share their feelings without thinking twice or fearing judgment. Mental health needs more honesty and sunlight, and we provide it with that. We need to make a difference and remove the stigma around this topic. Here, at SOT, we work towards making people comfortable with sharing their experiences because mental health is only shameful due to the labels people put on it. Let us come together and change that thought.

“Take your time healing, as long as you want. Nobody else knows what you’ve been through. How could they know how long it will take to heal you?”
